临床新护士核心能力与自我效能感关系的调查研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的:评估二级甲等医院临床新护士核心能力现状和自我效能感程度。方法:选取某二级甲等医院新入职三年以内的90名临床新护士作为研究对象,采用量性研究的方法,分析核心能力的相关影响因素与自我效能感的关系。结果:90名临床新护士核心能力的总分为(165.22±31.45)分,处于中等水平;临床新护士自我效能感总分为(27.12±4.86)分,属于中等水平;临床新护士自我效能感与核心能力呈正相关的关系。结论:对于临床新护士从护士自我效能感层面采取干预,可提高核心能力。 Objective : The present situation of clinical new numes core competence and the extent of self - efficacy in hospital of class 2 grade A will be e- valuated. Methods : Take 90 clinical new nurses who entered the hospital less than three years as research objects, adopted quantitative research method and analyze the relationship of core competence of relevant factors and self - efficacy. Results: The total marks of 90 clinical new nurses core competence was ( 165.22 ± 31.45 ), which reaches intermediate level. Their total marks of self - efficacy was ( 27.12 ± 4.86), which belongs to intermediate level. The rela- tionship between self - efficacy and core competence of clinical new nurses was positive correlation. Conclusion : As for clinical new nurses, their core com- petence can be improved by intervening in self - efficacy aspect.
