摘要
企业生产的优化调度是实现企业源头节水减排的重要手段。从污染源头控制出发,分析了棉针织企业间歇式生产特点和现行生产调度方法的不足,得出了生产订单与废水排放的关系,指出通过订单优化调度的方法可大量减少染缸清洗产生的废水。在此基础上,建立了染缸分组-订单分批-遗传算法集成生产调度方法,并说明了该方法的特点和一般执行规则。结合实际案例,对此调度方法进行验证,结果表明,在人工调度的基础上优化调度能实现近60%总订单数的再调度,增强了优化的可持续性,短时间内完全消除了深、中、浅色逆排的情况;同时,通过该方案能为企业节省30%的清洗染缸用水,研究结果证明,该方案有较好的环境效益和经济效益。
Optimal scheduling is an important measure to achieve water saving and emission reduction in enterprises. By setting off the schedule of which purpose was to control pollution from production source,the features of the intermittent production and the current scheduling inadequate were analyzed,and the link of production orders and wastewater discharge was established. On this basis,an integrated approach of vats grouping-orders batching-genetic algorithms was established,and then the features and its general implementation of the rules were described. The scheduling scheme was verified in a cotton knitting dyeing mill. The results showed that almost 60% of orders may be re-scheduled by the optimized schedule compared with existing schedule,and the sustainability is enhanced,and then the dark-middle-light color can be completely eliminated within short time. The mill can save 30% of the cleaning vat of water after optimizing production schedule,which environmental and economic benefits are significant.
