Comparison of the urine analyzer and the traditional manual method in urine routine inspection

目的分析尿液干化学分析仪和传统手工法在尿液分析中的应用,探讨适用于尿液临床检验的最佳方法。方法对1000份尿液同时用尿干化学分析仪和传统手工方法进行检测,比较尿蛋白、白细胞和红细胞的检验结果。结果两种方法蛋白质符合率98.4%,红细胞符合率97.0%,白细胞符合率96.7%。结论尿干化学分析仪的检测结果只能作为一般尿液的初步筛查试验,必须与传统手工法相互结合,才能得出更好的检测结果。

Objective To analyze the application of the urine dry chemistry analyzer and the traditional manual method in urine analysis, to explore the best way for clinical examination of urine. Method 1000 parts of urine be detected by urine dry chemical analyzer and traditional manual methods, compare the test results of urinary protein, leukocytes and erythrocytes. Results of the two methods, protein compliance rate was 98.4%, red blood cell compliance rate was 97.0%, white blood cell compliance rate was 96.7%. Conclusion The test result of urine dry chemistry analyzer only as a preliminary screening test for urine, in order to obtain better detection results, the urine dry chemistry analyzer and the traditional manual method must be combined with each other.
