小剂量^(131)I分别联合甲巯咪唑与丙硫氧嘧啶治疗甲状腺功能亢进患者的临床效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨小剂量^(131)I分别联合甲巯咪唑与丙硫氧嘧啶治疗甲状腺功能亢进的临床综合效果。方法收集2012年12月至2014年1月就诊的患者208例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各104例。试验组给予小剂量^(131)I联合甲巯咪唑治疗,对照组给予小剂量^(131)I与丙硫氧嘧啶治疗,分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组治疗后有效率高于对照组,血清甲状腺素水平、并发症发生率和复发率均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量^(131)I联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进的临床综合效果较联合丙硫氧嘧啶显著,且并发症和复发率更低。
