双侧重建钢板固定在肱骨远端骨折治疗中的临床价值

Clinical value of bilateral reconstruction plate fixation on treatment of distal humeral fractures

目的观察双侧重建钢板固定在肱骨远端骨折治疗中的临床价值。方法选择2013年1月至2014年12月进行肱骨远端骨折治疗的患者42例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各21例。对照组采用传统内固定方法进行治疗,观察组采用双侧重建钢板固定治疗,观察两组患者术后临床愈合时间和失败率,并对两组患者6个月后的肘关节功能进行评分。结果观察组平均愈合时间为(13.14±2.02)周,失败率为0.00%。对照组愈合时间为(15.03±1.58)周,失败率为9.52%,观察组愈合时间短于对照组,失败率低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者肘功能评分(优良率85.71%)明显优于对照组(76.19%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双侧重建钢板固定能够缩短患者愈合时间,有利于肘关节功能恢复,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To observe the clinical value of bilateral reconstruction plate fixation on treatment of distal humeral fractures.Methods42 patients with distal humeral fractures treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with bilateral reconstruction plate fixation.The clinical healing time and failure rates of the two groups were observed.Results The average healing time of observation group was（13.14 ＋ 2.02） weeks,the failure rate was 0.00%in observation group;The healing time was（15.03 ＋1.58） weeks and the failure rate was 9.52%in control group.The healing time and the failure rates of the observation group were lower than control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Observation groups elbow function score was 85.71%and it was76.19%in control group,,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bilateral reconstruction plate fixation can shorten the healing time,and it was beneficial to the recovery of elbow joint function,which had important clinical value
