摘要
目的观察分析手术室腔镜器械精细化管理对手术的安全性及高效性的效果。方法选取2013年2月至2015年3月426例手术,采取手术室腔镜器械精细化管理,比较实施前后器械完好率、差错发生率及消毒合格率。结果在实施精细化管理后,器械完好率、差错发生率及消毒合格率均低于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室内实施腔镜器械精细化管理,可有效提高手术安全性及高效性,具有重要临床意义。
Objective To observe the analysis of the operating room equipment of cavity mirrors the elaborating management security and efficiency of the effect of surgery.Methods Selecting our hospital from February 2013 to March 2013 on the implementation of 426 cases of surgery,cavity mirror to the operating room,equipment of fine management is implemented before and after equipment intact rate,incidence of errors and the qualification rate of sterilization.Results After the implement of fine management,the instrument intact rate,the incidence of errors and disinfection qualified rate were significantly lower than before the implementation difference is statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion In the operating room the cavity mirror apparatus of fine management,can effectively improve the safely and efficiency,has the important clinical significance.
