摘要
目的探讨CT模拟定位在精确放疗中的应用及其价值。方法回顾性分析832例头颈及胸腹部肿瘤的CT模拟定位病例,以及常规模拟机在定位和位置验证中的应用。结果 CT模拟定位过程是在CT图像三维重建的基础上进行,能精确确定肿瘤靶区。结论 CT模拟定位在精确放疗中有着非常重要的地位和应用价值。
Objective To study the application and the value of CT-sim positioning in accurate radiotherapy. Methods We reviewed 832 cases with tumor of neck and head and breasr and abdomen performed CT-sim positioning,and application of radiotherapy simulator in radiotherapy positioning and the verification of location. Conclusion The course of CT-sim was performed on the 3-D restructed images.The target was exactly confimed by CT images. CT-sim positioning is of great value for accurate radiotherapy.
