沙美特罗替卡松配合氨茶碱治疗婴幼儿哮喘患儿的临床疗效

Salmeterol and fluticasone propionate with aminophylline in treatment of infantile asthma curative effect observation

目的观察沙美特罗替卡松配合氨茶碱治疗婴幼儿哮喘患儿的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年2月至2015年3月120例婴幼儿哮喘患者,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础之上采用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂联合氨茶碱控释片进行治疗。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙美特罗替卡松配合氨茶碱临床应用简单,且效果良好,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To observe the effect of salmeterol and fluticasone propionate combined with aminophylline in treatment of infantile asthma therapy. Methods Retrospective Analysis of 120 cases of children with asthma in our hospital, the control group using conventional treatment. The observation group on the basis of this, using salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder suction combined with aminophylline controlled-release tablets for treatment of human agent. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical application of aminophylline combined with salmeterol and fluticasone propionate is simple, and good effect to further clinical promotion.
