新型城镇化背景下农村宅基地退出机制研究--基于安徽省宁国市的调查

Researches on Withdrawal Mechanism of Countryside Homestead under the Background of New-type Urbanization——Survey in Ningguo in Anhui Province

在新型城镇化背景下,探索和建立农村宅基地退出机制是我国今后改革和完善农村宅基地制度的大势所趋。文章通过对安徽省宁国市进行实地调查,介绍了宁国市农村宅基地退出补偿政策的概况,对宁国市农村宅基地退出现状及存在的具体问题进行了分析,结合宁国市的实际情况,提出了推进农村宅基地退出的相关政策建议,从而为新型城镇化背景下构建农村宅基地退出机制提供了参考。

Under the background of new-type urbanization,it is the trend of reforming and improving the system of countryside homestead in the future of China to explore and establish withdrawal mechanism of countryside homestead. Based on the field investigation on Ningguo in Anhui province, this paper introduces the general situation of withdrawal and compensation policies of countryside homestead in Ningguo, and analyzes the current situations and specific problems in Ningguo. Relevant suggestions combined with the actual situation in Ningguo are proposed to promote the progress of countryside homestead withdrawal for the purpose of providing references for constructing withdrawal mechanism of countryside homestead under the background of new-type urbanization.
