抗氧化治疗在急性肺损伤和急性呼吸窘迫综合征中的应用进展 被引量:19

摘要 急性肺损伤和急性呼吸窘迫综合征是由多种损伤因素导致的肺部的急性炎性损伤,这些损伤因素包括:严重的肺炎、脓毒血症、大量的输血和严重创伤等。急性肺损伤和急性呼吸窘迫综合征是以急性起病、气体交换功能受损、肺顺应性降低和肺水肿形成为特点。其中最主要的病理生理改变是肺毛细血管通透性的增加。
