Tracing to the Source of Archive Science Education of Jiangsu Provincial College

民国时期正规档案学教育机构较少,迄今鲜有关于江苏省立江苏学院档案学教育的文献。通过历史文献法对江苏学院档案学教育展开溯源,探讨其历史沿革、创设宗旨,并进一步分析其行政管理专业设置沿革与设置由来及招生情况,重点分析行政管理专业中档案学教育的教师与课程,并给出历史评价:江苏省立江苏学院档案学教育是江苏、安徽等省第一所在正规教育机构中开展的教育;为战时培养了档案学人才,惠泽两岸;遗憾之处乃办学时间较短,未能继续发挥其在档案学人才培养方面的作用。

There are few normal archive science education institutions in Minguo, and literatures on archive science education of Jiangsu Provincial College being rare. Tracing to the source of archive science education of Jiangsu Provincial College through historical literatures, historical development and founding purpose are discussed. Origin, evolution and recruiting of administration management studies major are further analyzed, with emphasis on staff and curriculum of archival science education in administration management studies major, and historical appraisals are proposed as follows. Archive science education of Jiangsu Provincial College was the first to be carried out in normal education institution in Jiangsu and Anhui provinces. Archive science talents are trained in wartime, which benefited both China's Mainland and Taiwan. However, it was a pity that Jiangsu Provincial College only ran for a short lifetime, terminating the cultivation of archive science talents.
