摘要
目的:全数字化食管造影技术对功能性食管疾病诊断的临床应用价值。方法:采用全数字化食管造影技术对200例可疑患者进行食管造影检查,使用传统造影对150例可疑患者进行食管造影检查。结果:全数字化食管造影技术得到的照片质量优于传统造影技术,具有可存储的特点,并且采用全数字化食管造影技术检查得到的病变显示率、微小病变显示率、与PPI诊断性治疗结果一致率均高于使用传统造影方法。数字化图像和传统胃肠机拍摄图像清晰度、灰度、对比度均佳,但数字化胃肠机在伪影(P>0.05)、腔壁线(P>0.05)、双对比区(P>0.01)和墙壁扩张度(P>0.05)方面更能体现观察优势。结论:全数字化食管造影技术更适合用来观察食道的功能改变,对功能性食管疾病诊断有较好的临床应用价值,将大剂量的质子泵抑制剂(proton pump inhibitor,PPI)的诊断性治疗结果与全数字化食管造影技术相结合,有助于提高FDE诊断效率。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical diagnosis value of digital imaging techniques for functional diseases of the esophagus. Method: The digital imaging technology was used to detect 200 cases of suspected functional diseases of the esophagus,while 150 cases with suspected functional diseases of the esophagus were detected by conventional angiography. Result: Digital esophageal imaging technology had the better photo quality than traditional imaging techniques,and possessed storage characteristics. In addition,the lesions display rate,small lesions display rate,and consistent rate with PPI diagnostic treatment results obtained by digital imaging techniques were higher than those obtained by conventional angiography. Both the digital image and the traditional gastrointestinal machine performed well in image sharpness,gray scale and contrast,but the digital gastrointestinal machine had more advantages inartifact( P〉0. 05),cavity wall line( P〉0. 05),double contrast area( P〉0. 01) and wall extension( P〉0. 05). Conclusion: The digital imaging technology is more suitable to observe the esophageal esophageal function changes. The digital imaging techniques have good clinical value for diagnosis of functional diseases of the esophagus. Combined with large doses of proton pump inhibitors( PPI) diagnostic treatment outcome,digital esophagogram technology can help improve the efficiency on diagnosis of FDE.
