衡水市中老年人牙齿磨耗流行趋势及干预措施

The Tooth Wear Trends and Interventions among Elderly Population in Hengshui City

目的：本研究调查了河北省衡水市45岁以上中老年人的牙齿磨耗情况,为制定衡水市中老年人群体的口腔保健措施提供合理的科学依据。方法：按照第三次全国口腔健康流行病学抽样调查标准,抽取1920名衡水市城乡45~74岁中老年人作为调查对象,进行牙齿磨耗口腔检查及纵向研究。结果：衡水市城乡中老年人牙齿磨耗率为77.78%,其中女性703名,男性790名,患病率分别为73.23%和83.85%,不同性别间患病率差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,女性各年龄组间的的患病率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,男性患病率明显高于女性,男性各年龄组间的患病率差异无统计学意义（p〉0.05）。结论：衡水市中老年人牙齿磨耗的患病率较高,磨耗患病率有随年龄的增长而增高的趋势。

Objective： To investigate the teeth wearing of the population at the age of 45 in Hengshui City,to provide a scientific basis for the development of oral health measures in the elderly population in Hengshui City. Method： According to the third national oral health epidemiological survey standards,1920 cases of 45 ~ 74 years old people were chosen for the survey,then oral examination and dental abrasion longitudinal study were conducted. Result： The elderly tooth wear was 77. 78% in urban and rural population,including 703 women,which prevalence was 73. 23%,and 790 men,in which the prevalence was 83.85%,the prevalence differences with different gender was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,male prevalence was significantly higher than the fencale one,the prevalence difference between men in all age groups was not statistically significant（ p 〉0. 05）,the prevalence difference between women in all age groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The prevalence of tooth wear in Hengshui City of the elderly is high,prevalence of attrition increased with age trend.
