前馈控制在外科持续腹腔冲洗安全管理中的应用

Application of feedforward control in safety management of surgical continuous peritoneal lavage

目的探讨前馈控制在外科持续腹腔冲洗安全管理中的应用效果。方法 2014年1月至2015年3月,实施前馈干预措施,具体包括组建科室前馈控制专项管理小组、分层级进行护士培训和考核、使用视觉识别标识和腹腔冲洗安全查检单、建立基于现况-背景-评估-建议沟通程序的交接班报告模式、制订不良事件的应急处理与上报流程、分阶段开展患者安全教育。结果 2012年1月至2013年12月腹腔冲洗不良事件的发生率由26.19%下降到8.33%;腹腔冲洗护理质量评分提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前馈控制应用于外科持续腹腔冲洗的安全管理中,能够降低不良事件的发生率,提高护理质量,保障患者安全。

Objective To investigate the effects of feedforward control in safety management of surgical continuous peritoneal lavage. Methods From January 2014 to March 2015,feedforward control was applied through setting up feedforward control dedicated team in the department,facilitating layered training and evaluation for nurses,utilizing visional identity marks and peritoneal lavage safety checklist,establishing the reporting model of nursing shift han- dovers based on Situation-Background-Assessment-Recommendation communication style,developing the emergency treatment and reporting procedure of adverse events,and performing patients＇ safety education at different stages. Results Compared with the results from January 2012 to December 2013,rates of adverse events decreased from 26.19% to 8.33% ,and quality of peritoneal lavage nursing improved with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion This study provides promising results to support that feedforward control approach can reduce rates of adverse events ,improve quality of nursing care and ensure patients＇ safety.
