摘要
针对塑料制品部分结构在推件板成型时,一次推出不能使制品完全脱模的问题,以物镜压圈为例,设计了注塑模具。根据塑料冷却后收缩的特性,设计了弹簧式推出先复位机构,利用推出机构回程,实现了第二次推出。该机构结构简单,成本低,工作可靠。
According to the structure of plastic products in pushing plate forming which unable to release mould completely one-time, taking Objective lens pressing ring as example, the injection mold was designed. According to the characteristics of plastic shrinkage after cooling, the spring type introduction pre-reset mechanism was designed, and the second ejection was realized by use of the return of ejection mechanism. The mechanism has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and reliable operation.
