食品包装用塑料中酚类抗氧化剂检测研究进展 被引量:7

Research Progress on Detection of Phenolic Antioxidants in Food Plastic Packaging Materials

摘要 酚类抗氧化剂因其较高效的抗氧化能力、较廉价等特点而广泛用于食品包装材料中,然而在食品销售储运的过程中,包装材料中的抗氧化剂可能会渗透和迁移到食品中,从而对人体健康构成一定的威胁。本文对食品包装材料中酚类抗氧化剂的检测方法进展进行综述,为相关食品包装材料中抗氧化剂检测提供参考。 Phenolic antioxidants are widely used in food packaging materials due to their efficient oxidation resistance and low cost. However, the antioxidants may be released into food through penetration and/or migration during storage and transportation process, and then the human health will be threatened. The evolution of the detection methods for phenolic antioxidants in food packaging was reviewed, and the reference for detecting antioxidants in relevant food packaging was provided.
