本文介绍了残极电解质清理设备除尘系统的设计方案,结合残极电解质清理车间内含尘气体及设备工艺的特点,对设备除尘系统设计所需参数进行了分析、计算。同时,本文分析了除尘系统设计过程中应重点考虑的问题,提出了如何降低系统能耗、节约投资的建议,具有一定的指导意义。

This paper introduces the design scheme of dust removal system of scrap anode electrolyte cleaning,analyses and calculates the designing parameters of the equipment,combined with the characteristics of the dust gas scrap anode electrolyte cleaning workshop and the process equipment.At the same time,this paper analyses the problems which should be focused on when designing the dust removal system,puts forward the advice on how to reduce the system energy consumption,save investment,has a certain guiding significance.
