Problems and Countermeasures Research of Kaldo Furnace during Treating Copper Anode Slime

通过对卡尔多炉转速不能提高、振动大、润滑不良、炉寿命短等问题和故障现象的分析,进行托轮国产化、自动加油装置研制应用、旋转减速箱更换、炉衬改进等设备技术进步,有效解决了存在的问题,卡尔多炉的运行效率得到优化提高。

As many problems occurred during operating of Kaldo furnace in our company,such as,limited rotating speed,large vibration,bad lubrication,and short service life,we analyze such failures and have made many technological achievements in aspect of equipment,including localization of the roller,research and application of automatic oiling system,replacement of rotation reducer,and lining improvement,which effectively solve the existing issues and optimized the efficiency of Kaldo furnace.
