摘要
首先在理论上对于Wilkinson功分器的隔离电阻,特征阻抗等相关参数进行了分析,然后使用ADS仿真软件设计了一款工作在300~500MHz的Wilkinson功分器,其带内输入端口的回波损耗:C11〉16 d B频带内的插入损耗:C12〈3.3 d B,C13〈3.3 d B两个输出端口间的隔离度:C23〉14 d B。在此基础上在RO4003C板材上使用蛇形走线的方式使得版图面积大幅减小。
