摘要
为了探讨拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂抗药性生化检测的标志指标,对德国小蠊施以亚致死剂量的高效氯氰菊酯。结果表明,在施药早期,乙酰胆碱酯酶和羧酸酯酶的活性受到显著抑制,但都在第3天恢复到对照组水平。在施药后第18天,乙酰胆碱酯酶、羧酸酯酶和磷酸酯酶的活性都显著高于对照组。说明上述酯酶可以作为拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂抗药性生化检测的生物学标志。
To explore the biochemical marker of pyrethroid insecticide resistance,Blattella germanica were exposed to beta-cypermethrin in the sub lethal dose. The results showed that the activity of acetylcholine esterase and carboxyl esterase were significant inhibited in the early stage after the exposure,and both returned to the control levers in the 3(rd)day. At the 18 (th)day after the exposure,the activity of acetylcholine esterase,carboxyl esterase and phosphoesterase were greater than controls significantly. Thus,these esterase mentioned above could be used as the biochemical markers of pyrethroid insecticide resistance.
