危重症患者合并急性肾损伤的死亡率高,肾脏替代治疗是有效的治疗和支持手段。然而,目前肾脏替代治疗的时机、剂量、模式等都存在着争议,本文就上述问题的研究现状和进展做一综述。

The mortality of critical ill patients with acute kidney injury is high,and renal replacement therapy（ RRT）is an effective treatment method and supporting measure. However,it is controversial about the timing,dosage and pattern of the therapy. The article made a review of the status and progress of relevant research.
