Interpretation of 2015 Practice Guideline of Pharmacological Management of Obesity

本文对2015年《肥胖的药物管理:美国内分泌学会临床实践指南》进行了解读。重点介绍了如何管理超重和肥胖患者以及如何使用具有增重作用的药物和替代药物等。指出减肥药物对肥胖患者有益,但部分治疗糖尿病、高血压和心血管疾病、抑郁症和其他慢性疾病的药物有增重作用,应首选有减重作用或对体质量影响中性的药物,避免使用有增重效应的药物。

The paper interpreted 2015 Pharmacological Management of Obesity： An Endocrine Society Clinical Practice Guideline and introduced the management method of overweight and obesity patients and the administration method of medication with weight- gaining effect and alternative medications. It was pointed out that weight- reducing drugs do good to obesity patients,but many medications prescribed for diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, depression and other chronic diseases have weight- gaining effects,so medications that have weight- reducing effect and have neutral effect on body weight should be used,and the administration of medications that have weight- gaining effect should be avoided.
