摘要 树突状细胞(DC)是目前已知的功能最强的抗原提呈细胞,被认为是启动机体特异性免疫应答并对其加以调控和维持的中心环节,在肿瘤免疫、免疫排斥和抗感染免疫等方面发挥着极为重要的作用。近年来越来越多的研究显示慢性阻塞性肺疾病有可能也是一种"自身免疫性疾病",DC存在于慢性阻塞性肺疾病的病灶中,其数量和功能均发生了改变,相关的趋化因子及趋化因子受体也发生了变化,提示DC与慢性阻塞性肺疾病的发病机制有关。 Dendritic cell( DC) has the most powerful function among all antigen presenting cells known by far and is considered to be the central link in the immune response to start body specificity and its regulation and maintenance. It plays a very important role in tumor immunity,immune rejection and anti infection immunity. In recent years,more and more studies have shown that chronic obstructive pulmonary disease may also be an autoimmune disease,and the number and function of DC in chronic obstructive pulmonary focus have changed,and the related chemokines and chemokine receptors have also changed.These all suggest that DC is related to the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
