社区卫生服务中心是慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的主要防治场所,呼吸衰竭是COPD最常见的并发症,及时有效地给予无创机械通气治疗,是缓解患者呼吸困难,挽救生命的重要手段之一。本文介绍了社区卫生服务中心全科医生对COPD患者采用无创机械通气的治疗过程,阐述无创机械通气在社区卫生服务中心应用的注意事项,强调了社区卫生服务中心在无创机械通气救治COPD患者的地位和作用。

Community health service centers are the principal settings where chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD） is prevented and treated. Respiratory failure is the most common complication of COPD,and the timely administration of non- invasive mechanical ventilation is one of the most important measures to alleviate dyspnea and save life. The paper introduced the process of non- invasive mechanical ventilation on two COPD patients treated by GPs in community health service centers and the matters that need attention in the process,and emphasized on the status and effects of non- invasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of COPD patients.
