摘要
通过田间试验和室内分析,探讨了不同灌溉定额对鲜食葡萄红地球生长发育及产量、品质的影响,明确了滴灌条件下红地球葡萄在风沙土产区的合理灌水量。结果表明:红地球葡萄滴水4 500m^3/hm2~能够提高果实的总糖、降低果实的总酸,提高水分利用效率,但促产效应不明显;滴水7 500m^3/hm^2时,葡萄长势较明显,能够提高果实的Vc和可溶性糖含量,但总酸含量同时升高,品质有所降低;滴水量6 000m^3/hm2~时,红地球葡萄产量最高达到29.55t/hm^2,对灌水量与红地球葡萄产量进行模拟,计算4a生红地球葡萄的最高产量灌水量为Nmax=6 173.7m^3/hm^2。
Field and laboratory experiments are applied to explore the effect of different irrigation amount on growth,yield and quality of Red Globe grape and clear reasonable drip irrigation amount in the sandy area.The results show that dripping irrigation water amount of 4 500m3/hm2 can increase the total sugar,reduce the total acid fruit,and improve water use efficiency,but the production?promoting effect is not obvious for Red Globe grape;under the condition of dripping irrigation water amount of 7 500m3/hm2,the grape grows more obvious,the growth is promoted and fruit vitamin C and soluble sugar content are improved,but the total acid content is increased and the quality is decreased at the same time;the Red Globe grapes yield can reach up to 29.55t/hm2 by dripping irrigation water amount of 6 000m3/hm2.Through simulating the relation between irrigation and Red Globe grape production,it is obtained that the irrigation amount of the maximum yield for 4-year-old Red Globe grapes is 6 173.7m3/hm2.
