摘要
研究适合贵州大型灌区续建配套与节水改造项目综合效益评价体系。根据系统学理论,采用专家咨询法,划分灌区续改建项目的效益指标结构,运用AHP法、熵值法,基于博弈论的综合集成赋权法,对指标权重赋权,并运用MATLAB等软件计算。研究得出续改建项目的综合效益指标体系,以及指标的主观权重、客观权重、综合集成权重,并且基于博弈论的综合集成赋权法,较好的平衡了主客观的差异,较为合理的体现贵州灌区的现状。贵州灌区建设需要一套科学合理的综合效益评价体系,指导今后的项目评价,总结前期工作经验,为灌区实现现代化农业明确方向。
In order to study the evaluation system of comprehensive benefits for Guizhou large-scale rebuilding and water-saving project,according to the system theory,the expert consultation method,AHP method,entropy method and based on the game theory and integrated weight method,the benefit index structure of the irrigation district renewal project is divided,the index is weighted and MATLAB software is used to calculate.The conclusion is that Guizhou irrigation district needs a scientific and reasonable comprehensive benefit evaluation system,which can guide future project evaluation,sum up the previous work experience,and make clear direction for irrigation district to realize modernization agriculture.
