高职教育校企合作办学的立法现状及比较研究

The Legislative Status Quo and Comparative Study of Higher Vocational Education College and Enterprise Cooperation in Running Schools

校企合作是高职教育的一种新型人才培养模式,对于培养高素质技能人才具有不可替代的作用。国家已经颁布了一系列法律和政策,下发了有关文件,鼓励校企合作的开展,高职院校也主动与企业开展合作,联合培养应用型人才。但是目前我国高职教育校企合作办学中存在着法律不健全等诸多问题,从而制约了校企合作办学的快速发展和人才培养能力的提升。针对这一问题可借鉴国外职业教育方面的相关法律,以有利于我们学习发达国家的立法先进之处,促进我国相应立法的不断完善。

College-enterprise cooperation is a new type of talents cultivation mode of higher vocational education, and has an irreplaceable role in cultivating high-quality technical talents. The nation has promulgated a series of law and policies, and issued relevant documents to encourage the development of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises. Higher vocational colleges and universities also actively cooperate with enterprises and train applied talents jointly. Yet at present many problems exist in the cooperative school running of schools and enterprises in higher vocational education, and thus limit the rapid development of the cooperative school running and the promotion of talents training ability. Aiming at the problems, it can draw lessons from the relevant law of the foreign vocational education, and help to learn the advanced aspect of the legislation in developed countries to promote the continuous improvement of the corresponding legislation in our country.
