摘要
翻转课堂是将传统的"流水线"式的以教师为中心的教学形态向以学生为中心进行转化的一种新的教学模式。实施翻转课堂是高职教学改革的需要,是解决教师讲授能力差异的一种途径,也是解决学生学习差异的良好途径。实施翻转课堂教学模式要正确处理好翻转课堂与微课教学资源的关系,正确处理好多方面问题,更要做好对翻转课堂教学模式的评教工作,引导教师对翻转课堂进行科学设计,保证教学效果,提高教学质量。
Flipped classroom is a new-brand teaching mode transforming the centralized status of teacher into the centralized status of students in classroom. Implementing flipped classroom is the requirement of higher vocational education reform, and an effective approach to solve the difference of teacher's teaching-ability and student's studying-ability. The implementation needs to correctly handle the relationships between flipped classroom teaching mode and teaching resources of micro-lecture, develop the evaluation of the teaching effectiveness of flipped classroom and guide teachers to scientifically design the classroom, assure the teaching effectiveness and improve the teaching quality.
