To deepen teaching reform in vocational education, guarantee and improve the quality of talent training, the ＂double type＂ teaching team is the necessary guarantee factor. Factory pattern in school is the effective platform to cultivate and establish the double type teaching team. In view of this, the paper analyses the construction process, construction methods and modes, in order to better promote the development of double type teaching team under the factory pattern in school.
