近些年来,高等院校的招生规模不断扩大,越来越多的高中毕业生能够进入高等院校继续求学,有利于国民素质整体水平的提高。与此同时,高等院校毕业生的就业压力越来越大,企业、行政机构和其他用人单位对高等院校毕业生的要求也越来越高,这就在客观上要求高等院校:必须切实提高教育教学质量,提升毕业生的素质能力;努力探索大学生创新创业培育的路径和措施,以切实提升毕业生的创新创业能力及综合素养,进而缓解社会就业压力。
