How to Overcome the Difficulty of Lifelong Education about Construction Talents

当前,建筑人才技能状况与目前社会实用技能要求高、技术更新快和可成长性强的形势不相适应的矛盾十分突出,而终身教育则成为解决这一矛盾的必然选择。针对我国终身教育发展中高等院校外培能力差、企业参与度低、教育资源市场反应速度慢、各环节衔接不紧密等问题,提出了加强总体设计、建立立体化的人才培养机制、实践理论相促进提效率、完善利益分配机制和丰富网络资源等具体可行的改进措施。

At present, the outstanding contradiction is the present situation of construction talents＇ skills cannot fit the situation of higher demand for practical skills, the fast upgrading of technology and the strong growth, while lifelong education is the necessary choice to deal with the contradiction. Aiming at some problems in Chinese lifelong education development： the poor outside training ability, the low participation of enterprises, the slow reaction speed of education resources market, and the loose connection between each link, it puts forward correcting measures to strengthen the overall design, establish the three-dimensional talent training mechanism, increase efficiency by the promotion of theory and practice, perfect interests distribution mechanism and enrich the network resources.
