摘要 药理学既是一门药学专业课,也是一门医学专业主干基础课;该课程既是连接药学和医学的桥梁课,也是连接基础医学和临床医学的桥梁课。分子药理学则是从药理学学科分化出来的一门新兴学科,其思想已经深入生物医学界,但它在生物医学界,特别是在药学学科中的作用和地位却一直未得到重视。该文围绕分子药理学在药学学科中的作用与地位,阐述分子药理学的概念、发展历史、研究任务内容以及与其他相近学科的联系与区别,阐明分子药理学学科建设在高素质医学和药学人才培养中的重要地位。 Pharmacology is a major course of pharmaceutical specialty and medical specialty. The course is not only a bridge between pharmacy and medicine,but also a bridge between basic medicine and clinic medicine. Molecular Pharmacology is a new branch of Pharmacology recently. Although the thought of Molecular Pharmacology is deeply embedded in biomedical field,the importance of the course is still not appreciated,especially in Pharmacy. The article describes the concept of Molecular Pharmacology,its phylogeny,its contents,and the relationship between relative disciplines. The article suggests it is important to establish and develop the discipline in training high quality medical and pharmaceutical students.
