本科实习护生情绪弹性与专业自我概念的相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨本科实习护生情绪弹性与专业自我概念的关系,为护理教育者提高护生的专业自我概念提供参考意见。方法对123名本科实习护生运用《青少年情绪弹性问卷》和《护理专业自我概念量表》进行测试。结果本科实习护生情绪弹性分值为3.94±0.48;专业自我概念分值为2.83±0.49;情绪弹性与专业自我概念呈显著性相关关系。结论本科实习护生情绪弹性处于中等偏上状态;专业自我概念总体趋于积极;情绪弹性与专业自我概念呈正相关,护理教育者应加强实习护生的情绪管理以提高其专业自我概念。
