老年心绞痛患者冠脉病变程度与红细胞分布宽度的相关性 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨老年心绞痛患者冠状动脉病变程度与红细胞分布宽度(RDW)的相关性。方法选择376例行冠状动脉造影检查确诊为冠心病的老年心绞痛患者,根据冠状动脉造影结果对患者进行Gensini评分评价,0~20分为Ⅰ组,21~44分为Ⅱ组,45~80分为Ⅲ组,〉80分为Ⅳ组。将所有患者的相关临床资料、超声心动图以及冠心病的影响因素进行分析比较,并分析Gensini评分与RDW是否有相关性。结果 RDW在冠心病Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别为(13.27±0.51)%,(15.64±0.83)%,(17.89±0.97)%,(19.02±1.06)%,呈明显上升趋势,且组间差异显著(P〈0.05)。单因素相关分析显示,RDW与Gensini评分呈正相关。多元回归分析显示影响冠心病的因素包括:RDW、年龄、收缩压、血糖、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、C反应蛋白。结论 RDW与老年心绞痛患者冠状动脉病变的严重程度密切相关,可能是冠状动脉多支病变的预测因素之一。
