急性冠脉综合征患者降钙素原水平和血管内超声特点的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察急性冠脉综合征患者降钙素原(PCT)水平和血管内超声(IVUS)特点的关系。方法选择急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者14例,稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者16例,冠脉造影结果正常的患者30例为正常对照组。运用全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪定量测定检测PCT浓度、冠脉造影术(CAG)及IVUS评价冠脉斑块的形态特征。结果 3组间PCT水平比较有统计学差异。SAP及正常对照组血清PCT水平低于ACS组(P<0.01),正常对照组PCT水平低于SAP组(P<0.01)。血清PCT水平与软斑块面积百分比(r=0.358,P=0.011)、偏心指数(r=0.458,P=0.007)、血管重构指数(r=0.421,P<0.001)呈正相关。结论 ACS组PCT水平高于SAP组和对照组,PCT水平与IVUS评价易损性指标相关,可作为易损斑块的炎症标记。
