新常态下我国转变农业发展方式的思考

当前,我国农业发展与农村改革面临着诸多方面的形势与挑战。随着我国农业发展进入到"竞争强化、资本深化、动力转换"的新常态,亟须推动我国农业发展方式转变。即需要推动农业发展方式向适度规模化、市场化、优质特色化、资本集约与现代化、信息化方向转变,转到注重提高我国农业竞争力,注重农村产权制度改革和农业技术创新,注重可持续发展的道路上来,走产出高效、产品安全、资源节约、环境友好的现代农业发展道路。

At present, the development of agriculture and rural reform in China face many challenges. China′s agricultural develop-ment is entering in the new normality with intense competition, capital deepening and new engines, which is an urgent need to promote the transformation of agricultural development mode. That is, it should follow the trends of moderate massive, market-oriented, quality characteristic, capital intensive and modern, and informatization. We should pay attention to improve the competitiveness of agricul-ture, the rural property rights system reform, the innovation of agricultural technology, and the sustainable development. It is a road of modern agricultural development with high output, product safety, resource conservation, and environmental friendly.
