壳聚糖创面喷雾剂处方筛选及对大鼠创伤愈合作用的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的筛选壳聚糖伤口护理膜处方,并评价其促进创伤愈合的效果。方法采用酸碱性、透气性和成膜性为评价指标,L9(34)正交表进行正交试验,筛选出壳聚糖创面喷雾剂最佳处方。制备SD大鼠创伤模型,以存活率、创面愈合时间、创面愈合率评价其促进伤口愈合的能力。结果筛选出的最佳处方组成为:壳聚糖0.1g、乳酸0.05mL、水20mL和乙醇10mL。实验组、对照组和空白组恢复创伤当天体质量的时间分别为(7.14±1.21)d、(7.00±1.15)d和(10.00±2.45)d,与空白组相比差异均有统计学意义(P=0.018和P=0.013);实验组、对照组和空白组创面愈合时间分别为(11.17±0.75)d、(12.33±0.82)d和(14.00±0.89)d,与空白组相比差异均有统计学意义(P=0.012和P=0.038);与空白组相比,实验组和对照组在伤后各时间点的创面愈合率均明显提高(P<0.05)。结论自制壳聚糖创面喷雾剂能明显缩短伤口愈合时间,促进创面愈合。 Objective To develop an optimal prescription of chitosan wound sprays and to study its efficacy in promoting wound healing.Methods L9(34)orthogonal table was used to screen optimal prescription with pH,permeability and film-forming properties as evaluation indicators.SD rat would model was prepared and its ability to promote wound healing was evaluated in terms of survival rate,healing time,healing rate,etc.Results The optimal formulation consisted of chitosan 0.1g,lactic acid 0.05 mL,water 20 mL and ethanol 10 mL.The time of body weight recovery in experimental group,control group and blank group were(7.14±1.21)d,(7.00±1.15)d and(10.00±2.45)d respectively.Compared with blank group,the differences were statistically significant(P=0.018,P=0.013).The recovery time of experimental group,control group and blank group were(11.17±0.75)d,(12.33±0.82)d and(14.00±0.89)d respectively.Compared with blank group,the differences were statistically significant(P=0.012 and P=0.038).Compared with the blank group,the wound healing rate of experimental group and control group were obviously improved in 4,8and 12 d,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The self-made chitosan wound sprays can significantly shorten the healing time and promote wound healing.
