摘要
从介绍锅炉密排固定炉管的焊接操作技术难点出发,提出采用钨极氩弧焊接是保证锅炉管排制造质量的首选焊接方法。介绍了钨极氩弧焊的基本操作技术,详细阐述了当前应用于密排固定障碍管的钨极氩弧焊接的各种特殊操作方法的特点、操作技巧及应用。
From the boiler of dense line of fixed furnace tube of welding operation of technical difficulties,present that tungsten argon arc welding is the first choice welding method to ensure the quality of boiler tube manufacturing. Introduce the basic operation of tungsten argon arc welding technology. Through expounded in detail,the current is applied to dense line of fixed obstacles in tube tungsten argon arc welding of the characteristics of various special operation method,operation of techniques and applications.
