基于移相全桥软开关的逆变式电弧喷涂电源

摘要 针对传统电弧喷涂电源存在体积大、质量重、无反馈控制、无法准确控制输出电压等缺点,研制了一种逆变式电弧喷涂电源,通过提高工作频率,大大减少了变压器、电感等器件的质量及体积,采用移相全桥控制,并利用软开关技术,使得全桥开关管及二次侧二极管实现软开关,大大降低了热耗和整机损耗,提高了变换器转换效率。逆变式电弧喷涂电源在缩小整机大小的基础上,提高了输出波形质量,优化了喷涂质量。研究电路基本工作原理并分析软开关的实现条件,建立对应的仿真模型并研制了试验样机,仿真及试验结果证明了该方案的可行性。 As the traditional arc spraying power has some defects,such as big volume,heavy quality,no feedback control,inaccurate control of output voltage and so on,a inverter type arc spraying power source is developed.By improving the working frequency,greatly reducing the quality and volume of the transformer and inductance,adopting the phase shifting full bridge control,and using the soft switch technology,it realizes soft switch of the full bridge switch tube and vice diode achieve,which greatly reduces the energy loss of the whole machine and improves the efficiency of the converter conversion.On the base of narrowing the size of the new arc spraying inverter power,it improves the quality of the output waveform and optimizes the quality of spraying.Studies the basic working principle and analyzes implementation conditions of soft switch circuit in the paper.Meanwhile,corresponding simulation model is established and the experimental prototype is developed,it proves the feasibility of the scheme by the simulation and experimental results.
