平行四连杆侧面定位装置的设计与应用

Design and application of parallel four-bar linkage side positioning equipment

针对焊接工装中侧面定位装置存在的工件起吊不方便问题,设计了一种平行四连杆侧面定位装置。该装置基于模块化设计,利用平行四连杆机构,能够实现定位装置和工件随动。结果表明此装置具有工件起吊方便、通用性强等优点,可广泛应用于工程机械、矿山机械等结构件焊接制造。

Welding fixtures are very important and widely used in mechanical manufacturing. In order to hoist the structural parts efficiently,a side positioning equipment of parallel four-bar linkage is proposed. This modular equipment is capable of following motion with the structural parts by parallel four-bar linkage mechanism. The results show that this equipment is of high efficiency in hoisting the structural parts and has good universality,which can be widely used in structure welding of engineering machinery and mining machinery.
