摘要 采用X衍射分析仪、差示扫描量热仪和高精度多功能内耗仪研究了掺入Cu、Fe对高Mn含量Mn Ni合金阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,Cu、Fe的掺入能降低合金的反铁磁转变点,并促进了合金的马氏体相变。Mn Ni合金的阻尼性能随掺入Cu含量的增加而提高,对Fe含量较为敏感,4at%Fe的掺入使合金具有优良的阻尼性能。 The effects of Cu and Fe doping on the damping capacity of MnNi alloys with high Mn content were investigated by X-ray diffractometer, differential scanning calorimetry and high precision multi-fimction internal friction apparatus. The results show that doping Cu and Fe can reduce the antiferromagnetic phase transformation temperature of the alloys and promote the martensitic phase transformation temperature of the alloys. The damping capacity of MnNi alloys improves with the increase of Cu content, however, the damping capacity is sensitive to Fe content, and the alloy has excellent damping capacity when doping 4at%Fe.
