无损应力测试在表面喷丸耐热钢主轴中的应用

摘要 对1Cr12Ni3Mo2VN马氏体耐热钢主轴试件在热处理后引入几种表面喷丸处理工艺,借助无损残余应力测试手段分析了喷丸强度、喷丸角度、喷丸时间、喷料粒度和组合喷丸等工艺参数对试件表层残余应力分布的影响。结果表明,喷丸强度、角度、时间和喷料粒度对提高表层残余应力峰值、应力峰深度与应力影响深度有利,而喷丸强度过大、喷丸时间过长则表面残余应力有降低趋势;采用组合喷丸工艺可改善影响喷丸效果的若干特征。 Several surface shot-peening processes were carried out on spindle specimen made of 1Cr12Ni3Mo2VN martensitic heat-resistant steel after heat treatment. The effects of shot-peening parameters such as shot-peening intensity, angle, time, particle size and combined shot-peening on the distribution of surface residual stress of specimen were analyzed by non-destructive residual stress measurement. The results show that the shot-peening intensity, angle, time, particle size are beneficial to improve residual peak stress, peak stress depth and stress influencing depth, while excessive shot-peening intensity and time are adverse to get a larger surface residual stress. Above all, a combined shot-peening treatment can improve the the several characteristic values affecting the shot-peening effects.
