ZSM-5催化剂加氢脱硫及烯烃芳构化反应研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用Na_2CO_3溶液以及Na_2CO_3/TPAOH(四丙基氢氧化铵)混合碱溶液对不同硅铝比的ZSM-5分子筛进行处理,用XRD,BET,NH3-TPD,SEM等方法对碱处理前后的ZSM-5分子筛进行表征。结果表明:Na_2CO_3/TPAOH混合碱处理没有破坏ZSM-5分子筛原晶体形貌,且更利于增加分子筛的比表面积和介孔体积。以FCC汽油为原料,对碱处理后不同硅铝比的ZSM-5分子筛制得的Co-Mo/ZSM-5催化剂进行加氢脱硫及烯烃芳构化性能评价。结果表明,在反应温度为400℃、反应压力为2.5 MPa、氢油体积比为300∶1、反应空速为1.5h-1的条件下,脱硫率为94.2%,芳烃收率为30.82%。 ZSM-5 zeolites with different Si/A1 ratio were treated by Na2CO3 and TPAOH mixed alkali solution. The zeolites before and after alkali treatment were characterized by XRD, BET, SEM and NH3-TPD techniques. Co-Mo/ZSM-5 catalysts were prepared by step pore volume impregnation method. With FCC gasoline as the raw material, the performance of hydrodesulfurization and olefin aromatization over CoMo/ZSM-5 catalysts was evaluated. The results show that the zeolite frame structure is not destroyed by Na2CO3/TPAOH treatment. The treatment is beneficial to the increase of specific surface area and pore volume of mesoporous. At the reaction conditions of 400 ℃, 2.5 MPa, space velocity of 1.5 h 1 H2/oil ratio of 300 : 1, the desulfurization rate reaches 94.2%, and the yield of aro- matics is 30.82 %.
