摘要
针对电动汽车移动储能特点,通过分析电动汽车容量特点,提出包含重要用户停电损失费用及电动汽车运行、调度、维护费用最小的电动汽车应急供电模型。鉴于电动汽车随机分散特点,文中基于模糊K-means算法设计一种电动汽车应急供电聚集方案,目的是提高电动汽车主动聚集能力,降低电动汽车聚集时间。通过算例验证了该电动汽车应急供电聚集方案和该应急供电模型的可行性和有效性。
According to the characteristics of mobile storage of electric vehicles(EVs),an EV emergency power supply model is presented through analyzing the characteristics of EV capacity.The model contains important consumer power interruption cost minimization,and EVs running,scheduling,vindicating cost minimization.In view of the random dispersion characteristics of EVs in a city,a scheme of EVs emergency power supply is designed based on the fuzzy K-means algorithm.The purpose is to improve the EV initiative in gathering ability and reduce the gathering time.The feasibility and the effectiveness of the scheme and the mode are verified through numerical examples.
