摘要
根据共振波力发电装置的原理特点及控制需求,设计了闭环阀控式液压提能系统,该提能系统可将波能捕获系统所俘获的波浪能稳定可控地转换为液压能,进而通过液压马达带动发电机发电。通过对比例调速阀和减压阀开度的调节可改变液压提能系统的流量和压力,实现自适应高效提取海洋波能。对液压提能系统进行了启停、变开度、变负载以及稳压变功率等整体性能实验,证明其原理可行。实验表明,该装置具有启停灵活、功率跟踪迅速、过渡过程较短、参数调节容易等较好的静态和动态特性,具备良好的开发应用前景。
According to the principle and control requirements of the resonance wave power device,an energy extracting system was designed to convert wave energy into stable and continuous hydraulic energy till the generator is driven.The flow and pressure of the system can be regulated by controlling the opening of the proportional flow control valve and the reducing valve to extract sea wave energy adaptively and efficiently.It is confirmed that the principle of the system is feasible by the results of integrated performance test including start-stop tests,aperture-change test,load-change test and variable load under stable pressure test.It is also shown that this system has broad developing prospects for its static and dynamic characteristics which make it possible to start up and shut down flexibly,track the power quickly,shorten the transient process and adjust parameters easily.
