摘要
探讨四种等离子体处理对丙纶非织造织物抗污性能的影响。采用N2、CO2、O2、NH3等离子体分别对丙纶非织造织物进行了处理,并通过红外光谱检测、亲水性能检测,确定了四种等离子体处理后丙纶非织造织物抗污性能的最佳处理参数和改性效果。认为:改性效果最佳的等离子体为N2,其最佳处理参数为进气量225mL/min,处理功率75 W,处理时间5min。
The influences of four kinds plasma on anti-pollution property of polypropylene nonwoven fabric were discussed. Polypropylene nonwoven fabric was treated by different plasma like N2 ,CO2,O2 and NH3. Optimized treatment parameters and modification effect of polypropylene nonwoven with four kinds of plasma treatment were determined by infrared spectrum test and hydrophobicity test. It is considered that the plasma with the best modification effect was N2. The optimized treating parameters includes 225 mL/min air inflow, 75 W treatment power and 5 min treating time.
