The structure property and application effect of JSC326 carding machine were discussed. The JSC326 carding machine regarding with mechanical structure, technology configuration and adjustment were introduced. The application effect of the carding machine was explained as examples. The practical application results show that nep removing rate keeps above 91%,impurity removing rate is higher than 92 % and CV value of card sliver is lower than 3. 4% when spinning pure cotton combed yarn and viscose yarn. h is considered that JSC326carding machine is subtly designed, with advanced technology, higher output, better quality, higher intelligent level and better cost performance.
