促排汤配合针刺治疗排卵障碍性不孕临床观察

Clinical Observation of Treating Anovulatory Infertility with Chupai Decoction and Acupuncture

目的:观察韩冰教授促排汤配合针刺治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效。方法:将排卵障碍性不孕症患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组患者在月经第5天口服克罗米芬治疗,口服5天,第11天开始监测卵泡,当有卵泡直径18mm时肌注人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)10000U诱发排卵。治疗组患者采用韩冰教授促排汤配合针刺治疗,月经第5天开始治疗,14天为1个疗程,第11天开始监测卵泡,如治疗期间排卵停止治疗。观察两组患者排卵期优势卵泡发育大小和子宫内膜的厚度及排卵率、妊娠率。结果:治疗组排卵期内膜厚度优于对照组(P<0.01),卵泡大小无明显差异(P>0.05),排卵率无统计学意义,治疗组妊娠率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:排卵汤配合针刺治疗排卵障碍性不孕其促排作用与克罗米芬类似,但它可以增加子宫内膜的厚度,因此其妊娠率高。

Objectives： To research the clinical curative effect of professor HAN Bing＇s decoction combined with acupuncture on treatment of anovulatory infertility. Methods： 60 patients with anovulatory infertility,who were given medical treatment in our hospital in March 2012 to March 2014,were selected and divided into experimental group and controlled group. The patients in the controlled group were given 50 mg Clomiphene per day from the fifth day to the tenth day in menstrual cycle. The follicular development of patients in the controlled group was supervised after the eleventh day in a menstrual cycle. 10000 U Human Chorionic Gonadotropin（ HCG） was injected to induce ovulation,when the follicular diameter（ FD） was〉 18. The patients in the experimental group were given professor HAN Bing,s decoction combined with acupuncture per day from the fifth day to the twentieth day in a menstrual cycle. Stopping treatment such as ovulation during treatment. The follicular diameter,endometrial thickness ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of patients in two groups were observed and compared. Results： The endometrial thickness and pregnancy rate of patients in experimental group were much better than those in the controlled（ P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05）. The follicular diameter and the ovulation rate in the two group were less difference between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Compared with Clomiphene,professor HAN Bing＇s decoction combined with acupuncture has high pregnancy rate on treatment of anovulatory infertility,with similar ovulation rate,which can increase in endometrial thickness.
