摘要
目的:研究平喘方颗粒内五味子醇甲含量检测方法,为其质控提供参照。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定平喘方颗粒内五味子醇甲含量,设定流动相甲醇-水为40∶60,流速为1.0ml/min,波长为250nm。结果:当平喘方配方颗粒中五味子醇甲含量在0.09~0.90μg之间时,其与吸收峰面积有较好的线性联系(r=0.999);五味子醇甲在平喘方颗粒内回收率均值为101.0%。结论:平喘方配方颗粒与传统汤剂颗粒其色谱图一致,但前者五味子醇甲含量显著高于后者。采取高效液相色谱法测定平喘方配方颗粒内五味子醇甲含量,可全面反馈中药颗粒内在质量,稳定性高,重复性好。
Objective: To study the detection method of the content of schisandrin in asthma- relieving formula granules,so as to provide reference for its quality control. Methods: The content of schisandrin in asthma- relieving formula granules was determined by the high performance liquid chromatography. The mobile phase of methanol and water was set according to the ratio of40: 60,the flow rate was 1. 0ml/min and the wavelength was 250 nm. Results: When the content of schisandrin in asthma- relieving formula granules was within 0. 09 ~ 0. 90 g,it was good linear relationship with absorption peak area( r = 0. 999). The mean recovery rate of schisandrin in asthma- relieving formula granules was 101. 0%. Conclusion: The chromatograms of asthma- relieving formula granules and traditional decoction granules are consistent,but the content of schisandrin in the former is significantly higher than that in the latter. To adopt high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of the content of schisandrin in asthma- relieving formula granules can comprehensively feed back the intrinsic quality of the TCM granules,with high stability and good repeatability.
