中药配合火针拔罐治疗寻常型痤疮临床疗效观察

Curative Observation of Applying Fire Needle and Cupping Cooperated with Chinese Herbs in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris

目的：通过研究中药复方内服联合火针、拔罐治疗寻常性痤疮的治疗效果及生活质量评分,探讨中医综合治疗方法的可行性。方法：收集我门诊2014年1月～2015年3月皮肤科收治寻常性痤疮患者,按照患者就诊顺序对其编号,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为两组,即中药内服加火针拔罐的中医综合疗法治疗组（综合治疗组）32例和中药内服加普通针刺组（对照组）30例。对照组：经中医诊断后,给予中药复方内服治疗,并选取大椎、肺俞、胃俞为针刺基本穴位针刺治疗;综合治疗组：在对照组口服中药复方的基础上,综合治疗组加火针和闪罐治疗。观察两组患者治疗后总有效率及生活质量评分。结果：综合治疗组的总有效率优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗后的生活质量均较治疗前有明显改善;两组间的比较中,综合治疗组优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中医综合疗法可有效提高患者的总有效率,降低痤疮复发率,并且有效地提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To study the therapeutic effect and life quality score of orally medicating compound traditional Chinese medicine recipe combined with fire needle and cupping therapy in the treatment of acne vulgaris,to explore the feasibility of integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy. Methods： From January 2014 to March 2015 of the outpatient department of dermatology patients with acne vulgaris of mine,in accordance with the order of the number of patients,using the random number table method were randomly divided into two groups,namely the comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with fire needle and cupping therapy group（ treatment group） and 32 cases of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture group（ ordinary the controlled group of 30cases）. The controlled group： the Chinese medicine diagnosis,given the compound traditional Chinese medicine oral treatment,and selected Dazhui acupoints,lung,stomach meridian acupuncture basic acupuncture therapy;the treatment group： in the controlled group based on the combined oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment group with fire needle and cupping therapy. Observing the total efficiency and the life quality score of two groups of patients after treatment,. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the controlled group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; the two groups of patients after treatment,the quality of life were significantly improved compared with before treatment; the comparison between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the controlled group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the patients with total efficiency,reduce acne recurrence rate,and effectively improve the quality of life of patients,is worthy of clinical use.
